All families will be required to complete a tuition contract form for each enrolled student. BSBA is pleased to offer a safe and flexible and convenient payment option through FACTS. Tuition for Kindergarten - 8th grade includes books, insurance, specialists' fees, local field trips, a yearbook as well as other resource fees. It does not include (but not limited too) out-of-town field trips, athletics fees and cafeteria charges.
A $300 per student non-refundable or transferable deposit, is due upon enrollment to reserve each student's place at BSBA. VPK students who are using a State of Florida Voucher are exempt from paying the deposit. The voucher must be submitted with the application packet.
Option 1: Multiple child discount
Families with 2 or more enrolled students will receive a 9% tuition discount for the second and subsequent children. Discounts will apply to the child(ren) in the lowest grades.
Option 2: Payment in full discount
$100 off the annual tuition per student if paid in full before June 1.
Families with a VPK enrolled child are not eligible for additional discounts.
Option 3: Scholarship
Limited funds are available for annual tuition assistance. BSBA utilizes FAST, a company that provides confidential and objective third party evaluation of financial needs.
FAST is available to families who have enrolled their students at BSBA. Typically a family whose income is over $45,000 would not qualify, however by documenting extenuating financial circumstances, a family could become eligible to receive financial assistance. The deposit, however is non-refundable even if your scholarship is not approved.
Please contact the BSBA administrative offices once you have applied for a scholarship. You may begin the FAST scholarship application process beginning January 15. There is a $41 application fee due at the completion of the online scholarship application. Scholarship applications must be submitted to FAST by April 15 and tax returns post- dated not later than April 20th. These are firm deadlines.

Once a child is registered and paid the deposit they are considered enrolled for the entire school year. If the child is withdrawn after the first day of school, 15% of the total tuition per child must be paid to BSBA. Once the child's account has been cleared by the finance department, all grades, test scores, report cards, transcripts and cumulative records will be released to the parents or new school.
If a student is withdrawn from BSBA due to financial delinquency; all grades, test scores, report cards, transcripts and cumulative records will be held until the account has been paid and cleared by the finance department.
If a delinquency occurs at year-end, the student will not be allowed to re-enroll for the following school year and records will not be transferred to a new school.
Student recommendations, records, transcripts, etc, will not be released during the year or at year end unless all financial accounts are current and cleared by the finance department.
