COMPASS

Continually On Mission to Propel, Achieve, Seek and Soar

COMPASS is an invitation only, academic enhancement program designed for those students who need extra challenge above their regular classroom curriculum.

COMPASS incorporates “hands-on” STEM learning activities, science inquires, project and performance based learning, and a Robotics unit. Each year we travel to the USF Engineering Expo for a field trip.

COMPASS meets once a week for 45 minutes during the school day. There is a fee of $350 if paid in full (this is a discounted price for full payment) or $60/month (September – April, with November/December combined and no charge for May to allow for make-ups for missed classes). This fee will cover all supplies and fees for Robotics. Teacher recommendations, test scores, behavior, and classroom performance are the criteria for selection.
